Repaired and replaced multiple outlets and gfis in my house and garage and pool area worked on grounds repaired wiring on garbage disposal. Did a thorough inspection on my home. We've used First Choice for several projects. They're professional and friendly. Their work is high quality and I find their prices to be reasonable. They are great at communication too. I will never use any other electricians.

Received a prompt call to confirm my ticket and let me know they would call me if an earlier appointment became available. It did, and I actually got a call as promised, not a text or an email. When they arrived, no one was home and I let them in remotely Sam offered to stay on the phone while he did the initial diagnosis but I told him that wasn’t necessary and call me when he needed me. I appreciated the recognition they were in my home alone and not flippant about it. They had to order a part and Sam underpromised and set appropriate expectations. In the end they were able to over deliver because Sam acted with integrity and honesty.

Called about one of my smoke detectors not working properly. They came out and found two not working as they should. They also replaced my other detectors at my request. They are scheduled to come back this coming Monday to replace and connect my two defective detectors back with my other units. Very happy with the service they provided. They explained what was additionally wrong and what needed to be done and provided an estimate of the services. I would definitely recommend First Choice and Sam in particular.

Great experience with FIrst Choice Electric. Had a circuit problem with loss of power in one area and also needed replacement of 30+ year old hard-wired smoke detectors (with high ceiling). Responded to my online request quickly. Came out the next day. Sam (electrician) and Brody (apprentice) were both outstanding. Professional, personable, and efficient. Very reasonable price too.
