"Received a prompt call to confirm my ticket and let me know they would call me if an earlier appointment became available. It did, and I actually got a call as promised, not a text or an email. When they arrived, no one was home and I let them in remotely Sam offered to stay on the phone while he did the initial diagnosis but I told him that wasn’t necessary and call me when he needed me. I appreciated the recognition they were in my home alone and not flippant about it. They had to order a part and Sam underpromised and set appropriate expectations. In the end they were able to over deliver because Sam acted with integrity and honesty."

"Oh if all service companies could be as responsive, professional and skilled as this company. A ceiling light fixture wouldn't work. I called their office on a Tuesday asking for an electrician to come out & fix the ceiling socket. I was called back the same day and given the choice of someone coming out the next day (Wed) or the day after. The day after was better for our schedule and in early afternoon that Sam came out, inspected the light socket which was fine then determined we had a funky light switch. He replaced it and problem solved. And then there was light!! I love the company's same-day callback, the skill of the electrician and his friendliness. You won't be dissatisfied if you use this company. I highly recommend them!"

"On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest quality I would give First Choice Electric a score of 20! I chose them because of their top rating from a neighbor. I called their office & spoke to a woman who was friendly, polite & professional and although my electric problem was minor she was empathetic & understood my need to get the problem resolved. We set an appt for the afternoon of the following day. I received an email the morning of the next day giving me the approximate time the electrician, Sam, would be here plus Sam’s picture & a recap of the problem. Sam texted me when he was on his way & I gave him instructions that my husband would let him in & show him the problem. Twenty minutes later I arrived home & the job was done! He explained the problem he found & how he’d fixed it then answered a couple of unrelated electrical questions I had. Excellence & true concern for the customer was present at every level. "We were upgrading the doorbell transformer to get our doorbell chime to work with a video doorbell. We purchased the transformer ourselves and had First Choice install it. Everything was overall smooth. They responded quickly and were able to come out quickly. So quick in fact that they were also quick to leave when they were done. They didn't have us turn the power back on and check that everything was working well.
We set the video doorbell up and turned everything on. The chime still did not work and in fact now had a low, very annoying hum to it. We called and asked what was going on. First Choice said that "oh yeah that transformer won't work with the chime you have. You need a different chime." Well thanks for telling us! We called a professional because we are not electricians. You'd think they would have told us that the thing we asked them install to get our video doorbell working with our existing chime WOULD NOT WORK! Instead they just installed it and cashed our $200+ check. They offered to fix or install a new chime... for ANOTHER $200+. Yeah, no thanks."

After an hour it automatically goes to $90 per hour. While one electrician was up on the ladder the other stood there watching him. One item's supplies were needed both went in the truck to get them, why couldn't one continue to work."
